Whatever you do don’t bank with these clowns. If you can call them a bank that is! I got scammed in my account and money was taken contacted them to let them know and request my money back - they replied implying I was a liar by telling me I’ve made this transaction before so we don’t see it as a scam which is absolute bs it’s been a week now and nobody is responding it’s only £15 not a million! Any decent bank would rerun the funds immediately and not argue the situation. Insinuating I’m a liar. The whole point in a bank is for your funds to be insured from situations like this. These guys are a joke. Just a wannabe infant bank. They’re pointless and useless, and the account will be getting closed. Stay clear
