Inaccurate results
The whole lipid profile (cholesterol, LDL, apo B, HDL, LDL subtypes, chol/HDL ratio) was completely inaccurate based on by own results monitored annually for 20 years. The results were not slightly off, some were almost 100% off. I asked for the tests to be repeated and they returned to the levels I have had for years. Based on the first results I would have had to change my cholesterol medications drastically. Fortunately, I had previous results to compare. Function Health refused to acknowledge the error of the first tests, blaming me for the incorrect results, have refused to refund the $499 cost and cancelled my membership.
