The poor reviews speak for themselves. Dreadful customer services. I queried once why their 10% off voucher was invalid and the response I received was terrible. They act like they are doing the customer a favour by selling their products them. They actually told me to shop elsewhere if I wasn't happy. I don't need to be told that twice. BYE BYE Phoenix Nutrition !!! I just go elsewhere now. Even if I pay a a little bit more I know I'm getting a better service & product.
