Poor quality, no customer service
I purchased the Watson Glaser prep package. The questions were poorly written, like they had been done by AI or someone who doesn’t speak English very well. The poor grammar and phrasing made the questions hard to understand and the explanations were confusing. I tried to contact the company twice for a refund and received no response.
