"Customer service" is terrible...
Although they might have okay products (mostly), their "customer service" is absolutely terrible. This is not the first time this has happened with me. I wrote to them and asked questions about a few things that were listed on their site, hoping to make a purchase. Several days later they replied and only answered part of one of the things I asked about. I wrote again, replying that same day, asking them to answer all else that was asked, because they failed to. They never replied. Seven days later I wrote to them again, reminding them to answer (which should not have to be done by a customer). Another seven days go by still with no response, at all. It should not take "customer service" almost three weeks to reply to a few simple questions. I will possibly attempt one more time to 'remind them' before going elsewhere for what I need. And I might try and contact the owner of the company directly. Its almost as if they feel that when customers ask questions and then hold them accountable when they don't respond that the customers are the ones who are pestering and bothering them so they make the conscious decision to not reply or answer. This has been happening a lot in the last decade or so with too many companies, both online and in person. The person here who said that they only post positive reviews is correct. Their practices are dishonorable. The owner of the company needs to either retrain the entire staff or fire everyone and hire actual adults. They shouldn't let children run things. If they see this review and I suddenly receive an email of some sort, then I'll know that they are truly dishonest in their approach to business. Go elsewhere to get what you need, because if you have a problem they will not care at all to address anything...unless, maybe, you're spending thousands of dollars. Most of us aren't. As of the time of this writing, they have posted 10 times to Facebook since my initial email to them, but can't manage to reply to a customer. Update: 01/21/2024 I posted a couple comments to their Facebook account, saying that they should reply to existing customers first before asking people to buy things from them, and asking why they post saying that they "love their customers" when that simply isn't true. In fact, the complete opposite. Alas, they deleted my comments and then blocked me from the page. And they still have yet reply to any messages sent to them. I'll say it again...this is a terrible company that does not care about people at all. DO NOT buy anything from them. There are other sources that are better for what you need.
