They charged me $250 for my appointment…
They charged me $250 for my appointment and have been claiming that it's because of my deductible. Nope. I have BCBS and I've seen multiple mental health providers for therapy and psychiatry since and only paid $30-40. They said it can take up to 90 days for the claim to be processed, and it's already been two months. They keep claiming that they haven't heard back from my insurance, yet I also don't see a claim submitted in my BCBS portal from them. They're a scam and the session I had was not professional at all. They also kept changing providers when I tried to schedule a second one earlier on (before finding out about the charge). Overall terrible experience.
