Unacceptable level of Services and Continuous negligence/delay of maintenances with respect to various issues
Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable services over a very long time, a number of complaints are raised about the negligence and delays, a number of communications are made (written documentations are there) but no action is taken, most of the times Cleaver ignored. Cleaver is well aware of the heavy financial loss and consequences (how we have been living with unacceptable & unhygienic condition and with unrepaired damages that Cleaver is responsible for). This could have been avoided if Cleaver could have taken proper action in time (all emailed in writing). We have waited endlessly for outcome-based updates/resolution as well as the Final Viewpoint or response to my official complaints (documented email from Head of Property Management) before further discussing with Property Ombudsman.
