Lube mobile Kwinana completely incompetent
Lube mobile Kwinana has provided the worst customer experience I've ever had. They never return phone calls or update me on what is happening with my car. My car has been in the shop for 6 weeks and then I receive a phone call saying they are waiting for a deposit before they order parts which I had sent them over 3 weeks ago so now I'll be waiting another 6 weeks for these parts to arrive and for them to complete the job. After I spoke to the manager I didn't even receive an apology for there stuff up all he said was he will call me when its ready. Would not recommend anyone one else to use these guys they seem completely incompetent from top to bottom and will just cost you extra time and money
