From Day 1 my solicitor, Laura Ellacott has been amazing! It’s been a worrying time but Laura has gone above and beyond. Laura has been there at every moment, in more than just the role of ‘Solicitor’. She is understanding, explains everything fully and is always at the end of the phone. She has been empathetic and catered to all of my needs and many, many questions. Everything has been explained fully and in terms I and my husband understand. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anymore. We are both eternally grateful for how my case and has and continues to be handled. I would highly recommend Irwin Mitchell, especially Laura. I would just like to mention Jade, she has also been amazing, empathetic, understanding and very thorough. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of our hearts.
