Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. 1. Placed my order and it wasn't shipped for a week even though next day shipping was offered. 2. An item I ordered was just removed from my order as it became out of stock in the wait to ship my order. 3. Had my fedex account added to the order via live support to cover international duties but ended up being charged for all the shipping. Which was $60 on a $20 order. 4. Customer support didn't care about the mix up their support made in charging me shipping and refused to do anything other than offer 10% off next order. Will never be ordering from this company again. FedEx however was very helpful in reversing the charges back to Arrow.com
