Beyond expectations & very prompt
I had an issue with my payment and there was bit of a miscommunication. OVO’s customer service was beyond my expectations, very prompt! Ankita took ownership and blew me away with the customer service, this says a lot about how customer focused this company is. I would give more stars if there was an option.
