Unacceptable service - AVOID
My sister and her friends are currently stranded in Düsseldorf. Their flight to Antalya at 6.15 pm on 13th June from Liverpool was diverted to Düsseldorf due to technical issues. They were advised they would fly to Antalya today but that flight was delayed for 5 hours and then they were advised there were no seats. They have now been told following more frustration and no communication that they will fly to Antalya tomorrow. Watch this space. Be warned. Do not give this airline your business. I can further confirm that 3 days of a 7 day holiday have been lost due to lack of communication and care from this company. AVOID. Can I suggest anyone travelling from Liverpool to Antalya take a flight from Manchester rather than use this airline. Tour operators should also take note of the reviews and offer their customers a reputable airline.
