Never received my tickets after…
Never received my tickets after confirming my reservation. They reached-out to me quicky after I posted my complaint. ESky is working closely with me as to not repeat the same mistakes twice. I called the contact number 18 hours before our flight. The reason was I didn't receive the boarding passes. Customer service was quick to answer the phone call. Explaining, some airlines are slower than others to open online check-in. However, they helped me step by step to online check-in and answer additional questions. Contact phone number 202-754-9021.
