A rude and full of himself rep (Chris)…

A rude and full of himself rep (Chris) not at all inclined to help. I asked why the points did not go directly, as the card was scanned at the beginning of all transactions (Sobeys) while most of my offers got "expired". He wanted me to tell him each and every produce that was missing... from a $187CAD final bill! Sorry, I have no time for that. The system should simply recognize me based on the card number, and be rewarded correspondingly based on the promotions available for that card. He told me the system has "glitches" and that's why we have to call and claim it. I believe there are systematic "glitches" and when that happens, it's better to fix the software, not ask the clients to "bag" for what they were promised. He kept saying this is a "promotion" like in ... elective rewards. They surely lost a client.
