Install was rushed, water from carbon water tasted and smelled like metal even a week after install. The tap they installed for the carbon filtered water was poorly installed. Weeks after install I got limescale testing strips from three different companies including ewt to test for limescale as we were not seeing massive improvements. Ewt strip said water was limescale free but that other two said my water was very hard? When you ring customer service you get put through to various offices around the world who do not seem to relay the information to eachother. When you actually get through to Irish call centre they are nice but they don't have any idea what was said on previous calls picked up from around the world. Took 10 days for ewt to refund me after the system was removed. I must have called 10 times and no one could sort it efficiently. I have now gone to an Irish owned water softening company who are absolutely fantastic. Like night and day and prices are the same as ewt. No brainer really isn't it?
