I am the mother of the daughter who booked through your portal. The day she arrived at her allotment, she was told that it was already occupied. Since it was a Saturday, no official staff was available to sort it out for. She travelled from India Uk and no place to stay, even after paying the full rent in advance. This is a fraud portal and the most insensitive one. Please be aware of this practice. Dt. Oct.10th Glad you responded. Please check you records for the invoice.
