Outstanding customer service and product quality
Been using Holosun optics for over two years now and their business services team has always been responsive and professional. When I had an issue with a warranty claim, they processed it quickly and kept me informed throughout. The technical support is knowledgeable and actually understands their products. Only minor complaint is that phone wait times can be a bit long during peak seasons.
