My parents have just sold their house which they were living in for 45 years and bought a new property. They hired Paul Quatremain & Co as their agent and I have to say it was one of the best decisions they have ever made in their life. From initial inspection of my parents house through to house completion on their house sale and new property purchase, Paul has been absolutely immense and we all couldn’t have done it without him. The biggest quality that stands out with Paul is the personalised approach he offers treating clients with the utmost importance and dedication to his client. My parents purchase experienced problems along the way, but Paul was the perfect man to deal with the issues and put their mind at ease throughout. What’s even more is that Paul has saved my parents £10K on stamp duty on doing his part to ensure that my parents completed on their house purchase just before the stamp duty holiday as it was drawing to a close. We used Paul’s recommended solicitor and that made things so much easier for us as Paul was able to get timely responses from the solicitor and the communication was efficient. Paul is very proactive, honest, knowledgeable and professional in his job and honestly speaking, he is the among the gods of agents out there, especially when we live in a world where there are a lot of bad agents out there.
