Why did we even hesitate!
Slightly apprehensive about using the SellMyHome on-line service but it could not have been easier or better. We worked with the SMH team on the property description and then sat back. Immediately we started getting emails with name of applicants and suggested viewing times that we could accept or change. We soon got into the swing of showing the house and giving people time and space to really see the place. We then received a useful offer but less than we wanted to accept. That's when our excellent SMH contact, Laura, came into her own. She helped negotiate the price up to something very acceptable and then made sure the solicitors on both sides got on with it and stayed focused. She was impressive. Thanks SMH and especially a big Thank You to Laura.
