I just received a messae that you were relaxing your helath and wellness practices & that more people will be on your shiips. I do not understand why you think that is a good thing that you need to promote!!!!! YOUR company is not ready for this new healthy travel for guests yet. My mother and I took a cruise last July on brand new ship and the health protocols and practices were not well enforced. Hardly anyone wore a mask in public areas or elevators, there was never any soap in bathrooms for washing hands, no one was required to wash or sanitize their hands when entering into the buffet area and I occasional saw people cleaning areas but not often enough or if i did very haphazardly and I witnessed and over heard staff members state they were not feeling well but they were still working and interacting with guests. Then to top it off 2 days after our return home my mother (who had been fully vaccinated) came down with Covid. Which confirmed all my concerns on the poor health practices on the ship —so I DO NOT THINK you are ready to expand things AT ALL. Plus I have never heard back from Princess despite my multiple phone calls and emails asking for the credit for a double charge that was made to my mothers account for her walker rental. Overall we had a nice time bc we were together but the promises made up to us upfront for health and cleanliness PLUS the handicap access and assistance for my mother was nil to none. It was very disappointing and not at all to the standards for past experiences on Princess prior to Covid days.
