Excellent, trustworthy laptop repairs
I had 2 old non-working Lenovo laptops just gathering dust when i heard about Student computer Services. The laptops were picked up from my home and both were given a free diagnostic examination. I was contacted throughout the process and updated with feedback and also shared telephone discussions with a technician who was informative and spoke in user-friendly terminology. I decided to upgrade the RAM memory and hard drive on the Lenovo Z500 and also have Winows 11 installed. They also did various other add ons at no extra cost and then carried out comprehensive tests and checks on the laptop. The other Lenovo laptop had too many malfunctions and it would not have been cost effective to repair. From the start, i felt that i had trust in this Company and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Picking up the items and then dropping them back to my home was an added bonus. Communication through Whatsapp messaging was fluent with quick responses to questions. The cost was fair and affordable and i have no hesitation in recommending this Company to my friends and family.
