Excellent and fast service... But
Excellent and fast service, so far, but loses two stars on two very important points. First, there's no cPanel or a real alternative, and the second is that there is no native way to access the site directory - you need third-party software. The first point is fine, but the second? No native access to the directory is a big negative.
