Steph saw the light in me and believed in me
The Yoga Alliance was recommended to me by a Yoga/Pilaties studio owner who encouraged me to get my Yoga License during Covid. With this recommendation I enrolled, met Steph and her cast of educators and Yogis online on the modules. They are all vibrant, engaging, and well versed on their content. The class was so well rounded, there were so many great modules I will go back to for reference for many years to come. I feel like I have the tools and the creative freedom to build my Yoga Journey the way I envision it. I may be the creative force behind what I do, they equipped me with the tools. My biggest lesson during this process: I had several set backs and completing this process took me much longer than expected. I put finishing this program on my 2023 vision board (my kids and husband saw it there), and I did it right before 2024! Steph believed in me, and that was the voice that sparked my movement in the right direction...forward. I am so happy she saw the light in me, I will forever be grateful! It feels so good to be writing the first pages of my future with this incredible gift I have given to myself. Thank you Yoga Alliance
