Thieves! I paid £4.95 for 24/48 delivery
I paid £4.95 for 24/48 delivery. 48 hours later my parcel has not arrived, Called their customer service to get my delivery charge refunded as the item is not here. They told me, they have multiple call today from customers complaining their item has not arrived. If this is happening often they are just stealing money from customers as they haven't provide the service customers pay for. The woman who answered my call said, they cannot refund my delivery charge. I asked her where in their policy does it say they could not refund delivery charge. She couldn't answer my question, then said her manager will call me back. I insisted to have my delivered charge refunded but she said sge will terminate the call as they cannot refund the delivery charge. She hung up and I am £4.95 poorer with missing parcel. Avoid Medical supplies!!
