I ordered a t shirt and hoodie for my daughters birthday, 6 weeks later and 2 trips to the local UPS collection office, still no package and no trace of it. Contacted Salty Fever and they have told me they have opened an inquiry with UPS and no reply after 3 weeks. Salty Fever are telling me that it's nothing their responsibility and have stopped replying to my requests of a refund. So £100 out of pocket and a very upset daughter. Would not recommend
