Moaning mature student.

Hi there ,this app was placed on my phone by a keyworker trying to assist me. I am a mature student and find that your offers are aimed at a younger audience. I find the navigation difficult to complete and am unsure of how to trace entries when entering competitions. A lot of this is probably user error as new to using technology in this way. Again i am unsure how to apply discounts as like to shop in stores. If you have a tech support please can i speak to them.
