A big thank you to Izzy from the Larkfield branch for making our FTB journey such a wonderful one! Izzy showed great knowledge and enthusiasm at the first viewing, which made us fall in love with the property instantly! After having done so many viewings, it was refreshing to experience such great level of service that felt genuine. From that point to completion, the process has been smooth, stress-free and most importantly joyful! Our sales progressor, the wonderful Lily has been equally amazing in playing a huge role in our journey. No question was too small or too big to ask! We were kept updated at every stage and we always looked forward to hearing from her :) We couldn’t ask for a better team of people to help with our first home journey!
