Poor customer service
We have hired tools previously and have always been quite impressed with the service - the staff are friendly and they stick to the prompt drop off and pick up times. However we recently hired a petrol rotavator and it did not work from the get go - the blades did not rotate. This was frustrating as we had set aside a long weekend and asked family to help us. We contacted the company immediately but didn’t hear back. It has now been 2 almost 3 weeks and despite multiple phone calls and emails we have not had our money refunded - we don’t want anything extra just what we paid originally as that is only fair because we couldn’t use the tool. Very disappointing customer service and has sadly put us off using the company moving forward.
