First and last time

I decided to try the Doki Doki crate from Japan Crate to see if it was worth a subscription in the future. The reason I decided to do it now is because I got a discount code which would give 50% off. Instead my stupid self went for the code LUCKYBAG. According to JapanCrate the value of this 'bag' would be atleast $25 dollars. It took a while for the crate to arrive and I got 0 updates, until I got a track and trace code from the United States(?). I didn't think it would be the box, since other lootboxes ship from Japan which adds to the authenticity. After all, there's plenty of 'Japanese' items which are in reality produced in countries like the U.S. or China. Sadly the box from the US was my Doki Doki crate and this is where it gets really disappointing. First of all, the box smelled. When I opened it there were 5 small snacks around the box. I nearly cried when I realised these were the contents of the 'LuckyBag'. Crappy snacks probably taken from a bigger box and thrown in there. There's no way these are worth more than $5. Then onto the box itself... Most of the items were cute I guess. Nothing to write home about. 2 of my items (a post-it booklet and a 'folder') were very wrinkled somehow... Really a waste of money. I would have given atleast 2 stars if I could have left a review on the site. It feels weird that I can't do that... Edit: customer support was very nice and understanding and gave me a refund for the damaged items. Their response time is also very fast :)
