Karte wurde gesperrt Kundenservice anrufen😄

Karte wurde gesperrt und ich sollte Kundenservice anrufen zum entsperren. Sehr witzig !! Kundenservice per Telefon gibt es bei der Bank nicht. Also Karte gekündigt und jetzt warte ich seit 10 Tagen auf die Auszahlung meines Guthabens. Wäre es andersrum hätte ich schon eine Mahnung mit Mahngebühren. Bank ist mit American Express das schlechteste was es auf dem Deutschen Markt gibt.
