Unprofessional support that can't…
Unprofessional support that can't identify a problem, let alone solve it. Payoneer advertises Hotmart as an official integration partner. When the integration with my business account failed, Hotmart told me the issue was on Payoneer's side. Payoneer support didn't investigate anything. No diagnosis, no explanation, no attempt to find the cause. They simply told me to go back to Hotmart. This is the definition of unprofessional: a company that sells a partner integration but has no idea how to troubleshoot it, and whose support team's only skill is pushing the customer somewhere else. I gave up and set up a direct bank payout instead, which worked without Payoneer. If you're a business relying on Payoneer to receive platform payouts, be aware that when something breaks, you're on your own.
