Appalling customer service & misleading website ticket sales
After carefully reading the Ts&Cs I bought an advance allegedly flexible refund or rebook business class ticket to NZ online in August 2021 in anticipation of covid border restrictions lifting in Jan 2022 as suggested by the NZ government at that time. Because this will no longer happen until May 2022, together with changes in the original flight itinerary from SA, and with current Covid uncertainty I need to talk to someone to discuss options. Their website of full of conflicting information and their terms and conditions I read at the time of booking changed end of September and now my ticked is magically no longer refundable, and the website wont allow me to re-book a flight on line even though this is permitted. I cannot get through to anyone on their London call centre despite trying for over an hour for 5 consecutive days. Once I got connected after an hour and 15mins wait time and it was cut off. I would avoid booking any flights with this carrier.
