Terrible customer service
I used to use them a lot bought a ton of stuff with them and nothing wrong with any of it. The took a break cam back a few months to a year later and had changed phone forgot to change it with fanitical and it seems i lost the authenticator codes when swaping to new phone. I get it my problem but contacted customer services was happy to send concrete proof of ID as i have with other companies to reset and get back my account but the customer services there was utterly abysmal, didn't know what they were doing kept sending a password reset even though i explained that was not the problem and completely refused to do anything about the 2FA just couldn't care less and in the end told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I've lost 2FA on other companies before and they still found a way to fix this getting me back access to my account. Utterly useless and lost all faith in them due to the absolutely awful customer service and the guy i was speaking to is a moron.
