Does TC give a damn? No!

I was ill at the airport and attended by paramedics. TC would not let me board the aircraft. Fair enough - I can understand that. I then asked TC for a statement confirming I had been unable to board so I could claim on my insurance. They will not do this. So I lose the full cost of my holiday. I have been passed from pillar to post but nobody will provide me with a simple note confirming I was ill. Unbelievable but true. Why would they do this? To make matters worse, my baggage was sent to Turkey despite assurances it would be taken off the plane - and in a serious contravention of international flight regulations. The security implications of this are very serious indeed. I am still awaiting the return of our luggage. Their customer service is lamentable. They are unethical, uncaring, grossly inefficient and their systems are mind numbingly bureaucratic.They seem to be designed to avoid contact with their customers. I certainly don't plan to use them again and suggest you don't.
