Still don't have my data
Because I lost a lot of data, I paid $100 to have my data sent on a drive. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have called every day, and each time I get bounced around, and no one can tell me when the drive will ship. It has been very frustrating, both the lack of transparency and the fact that I have been told it would ship by a certain date and it doesn't happen. As soon as I get the data, I will be cancelling my service.
