Big order- one damaged- great customer service!!
I ordered 6 photo frames. During the ordering process, I was able to send my pictures to their online help person and they were able to check the quality of my pictures and let me know they'd print great. She was so sweet and gave compliments on what great photos I had! Once receiving the photos, one of them was damaged. I sent in a ticket to the help desk and had a response within 12 hours. They have a replacement ordered already as well. GREAT customer service. Oh- and the pictures are clear and absolutely breathtaking! Love filling my home with Smallwoods!
