Covid cancellations and airline credits lost
My original flight was cancelled due to Covid in 2020. More than 2 years later I am still trying to use my travel credit. Every phone call takes more than 45 minutes and typically results in the need for a callback, or they won't allow me to use the credits at all. I learned on today's call that Travelocity transferred my airline credit to United, so after a 40 minute call with United, I had to contact the airline directly, however, they can't locate the "airline credit" either. No one can find the credit or help me. I will NEVER book through Travelocity again.
