Anaconda manipulating customers feedback
Hi, I bought multiple items from the Anaconda online store. Anaconda then sent me emails to review each product. I hadn’t gotten around to review every item, but had left a handful of positive reviews, and one negative review for a 2 x ‘Adult Sized Mudgee extra tall’ sleeping bags I bought for my kids. My teenage son (5ft5inches) is nearly too big already for this adults extra tall sleeping bag. Anaconda published all of my positive reviews but refused to publish the negative one, stating it went against their guidelines. Shame on you Anaconda. Reviews, just like the news, are only useful to people if they are informed and honest, and NOT manipulated propaganda. Please take ALL of my positive reviews down off your site now, because I refuse to play a part in a one sided story.
