Had a bit of an issue with a delivery…
Had a bit of an issue with a delivery and posted a review that reflected that. Happy to be able to delete that review after having had contact from management and a positive resolution. We are all human and fallible, mistakes can be made, it is how mistakes are rectified/dealt with that often marks a decent company out in my opinion.
