DO NOT CONSIDER RENTING HERE! They will scam you for thousands of dollars for a single hair like scratch. on February 14th of this year, we rented a car from yesrentals in Queenstown, NZ. Paid NZD 250 as deposit on spot. Upon returning the car, we noted a minor scratch, and as a result, they deducted NZD 1000 from our deposit. However, 18 days after returning the car, we received an invoice with peculiar costs totaling $981, which conveniently rounds up to 1000. Furthermore, they have yet to refund our deposit. It is imperative that deposits are promptly returned upon vehicle return. However, it has been 18 days since we returned the vehicle, and despite numerous follow-ups, they have not processed our refund. This delay is unacceptable.
