Horrendous experience with this bank

Horrendous experience with this bank. Account keeps getting blocked. They decided for no reason to stop paying our IBI so we got fined. The staff are rude and not bothered. Just totally ignore emails. No customer service. TODAY WE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT NO MORE OF THESE SHARKS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR YOU WELL REGRET IT.
