Excellent customer care service
The customer care service was excellent. - The phone was always answered quickly. - A person is assigned to your case (Tom in my case). - If unavailable he would get back to me quickly. - Questions were answered in an easy to understand manner. - He sought advice from the underwriters on one query and got back to me the next day which meant G&M got my custom there and then. - The premium was much cheaper than my current provider for the same service and more hospital cover but I hope I never have to put them to the test.
