Unexpected costs
I requested an inspection of my toilet and I was told that I would get a technician for 1 hr for 900 and that they would send me a report of my toilet after. It took almost a month for me to get the report and I was charged 2000 dkk because they said they spend 3 hours hours in total and that they have even made me a discount. The technician probably spent 30 mins in my apartment and my toilet is 1.5 m2. I talked to Michael to express my concern that I was never told that there will be extra costs besides the time of the visit. It was not acknowledged from their side and he even said that they also did not say it was not going to be charged. To avoid conflict I have paid the bill but I am very unsatisfied with the whole service.
