Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service . I have ordered 12 bottles of white wine but I have only received 1 case of 6 bottles as another 6 was smashed according to delivery driver. I have contacted customer services to ask when I will receive the replacement . Tried to call no answer, I have send numerous emails still no reply . I have paid a lot of money and I’ve got no wine no refund and response .
