First class…. exceptional service, found Mandy to be very friendly and very efficient. Ive used Mandy Ridley before she is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was always readily available, as in the past managed things quickly and efficiently - She goes above and beyond and what she'd booked went smoothly and to time. Any flight alterations we were alerted via the app. For anyone wanting to book a holiday I would highly recommend Mandy Ridley from Travel Counsellors.
