DELAYS DELAYS DELAYS.
I ordered my pod early May, I still have not received the pod. On their website, they advertised 2-3 weeks for delivery.... For the price you pay, you'd expect better and more transparency. And just as I expected to receive my pod, they deliver the blanket WITHOUT the pod. Is this a joke? Terrible customer experience.
