Excellent customer service
We rented a car from Orlando Gran Canaria from their office nearest the airport at Sucursal de Arinaga. Collection from the airport was very easy and we were driven to their office about 15 minutes away. There we were served by Vicente Gabriel who was truly excellent. Very engaging and helped us with ideas of where to go on the island. The car was a bit old, over 100000km, but as we only paid £50 for the week and the car was perfectly reliable we have no complaints. And an extra driver was free. All in all a very good experience .
