Dreadful customer service
Ordered a bottle of single malt which arrived in the designated timescale however it was not the bottle ordered or described on the website. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company they have ignored all. Very poor customer service. Presently utilising credit card company to reclaim the purchase amount. Poor show Finedrams.
