Why can't i get any response from…

Why can't i get any response from customer support email address? It has been 24 hours and no reply! My flight was cancelled by you and i cant get any support to retrieve or change it. What kind of customer service is this? I urgently ask for support regarding my ticket. I will complain another ticket to IATA soon.
