Is it really that hard to get the cost for the additional fees?
I’m sure many people have had a better experience, getting past scheduling to see a specialist. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even get past scheduling, and it was such an unpleasant and unprofessional interaction. I’m still trying to understand why she had to be so unkind. All I wanted to do was schedule a virtual visit. When I asked about the fees, I was told it would be $150 for a missed appointment, but it was like pulling teeth to get information about other fees. I even asked to speak with someone from billing, but it didn’t help. The representative talked over me, was rude, and ended the call abruptly, all just because I was asking about fees. Fast forward, I decided to call back to cancel the appointment, only to be told that the date and time had been "blocked" but never actually set. It was honestly so disheartening.
